Jeff Hadzima is a Principal with Prospect Capital's Real Estate team based out of New York.

Prior to joining Prospect, Jeff served as a Director at JRE Partners and its predecessor business, Junius Real Estate Partners, a real estate special situations subsidiary of J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and managing investments on behalf of the bank and J.P. Morgan Private Bank clients from 2011 through 2024. A founding member of Junius, Jeff served in both an acquisitions and asset management capacity on his transactions and has broad experience across value-add, opportunistic and operating company investments spanning all asset classes and across the capital stack. Prior to Junius, Jeff began his career within the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging and Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Groups at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York.

Jeff received his BA from Georgetown University.
