Jeff Hadzima is a Principal with Prospect Capital's Real Estate team based out of New York. 

Prior to joining Prospect, Jeff was a Director at JRE Partners and its predecessor business, Junius Real Estate Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investment opportunities on behalf of the firm from 2011 through 2024. Prior to Junius, Jeff worked within the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging and Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Groups at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York.

He received his BA from Georgetown University.
